I'm shocked LOL

Anyways - first day went well - it's going to be a slow short week. Next week I have a bunch of one on one meetings set and then i'll be digging in to the actual work. Right now, getting set up in the system, benefits, etc. All that stuff. Meeting everyone. My boss and few team members took me to lunch yesterday. Sent me a flower arrangement with lilies and roses, cards on my desk welcoming me. It's a really nice group of people. Oh and Deb - they asked me if i liked to shop, because they like to run to the Livingston mall at lunch and SHOP. I'll fit right in. The mall is 2 miles from the office..gotta love that! Tomorrow, I get out at 2 and every Friday is jeans day!!!!!

But - I can't wait to actually do what I was hired to do LOL (Yes, I really want to do some work). But I have to meet with the project manager first next week. Seems my manager knows nothing about the system I'll be working on, reason for hiring me LOL.
